Ingredients
Jaggery Grated 1/2. Cup
2 table spoon ghee
Wheat flour. 1 cup
Water. 3 cup
Cardamom powder. 1/4 tea spoon
I n a big vessel add water and jaggery and let it boil while stirring occasionally so as to avoid jaggery in sticking to the bottom of vessel .When it is dissolved and start boiling then turn off the flame .
Strain it in so as to whatever impurities are there in jaggery will be removed
Now let it cool to room temperature
Mean while take a kadahi and put two tablespoon of ghee and pu wheat flour and switch on the flame of burner.Start roasting the flour on a low flame while stirring properly.When Flour turns slightly pink and start giving nice aroma of roasting then turn of the flame
When both flour and syrup are at room temp then mix them with the help of a whisker.and turn on the burner .
Continuously stirring cook it till it starts boiling .

Add cardamom powder .
Serve it hot or cold depending upon the weather and you choice
For winter it best when served hot with a sprinkle of ginger powder.
